Yes, definitely. The City will always ensure there is more than one way to participate in a project. If you’d prefer a hard copy form for a particular project, visit the City of South Perth Civic Centre, South Perth or Manning libraries. Alternatively, contact the City’s Stakeholder Engagement team on the details below.

Some projects will also involve face-to-face engagement activities such as drop in sessions, focus groups, or workshops. Information about such activities will be provided on the relevant project page here on Your Say South Perth.

Stakeholder engagement is part of the City’s core business. We are committed to informing, listening to and involving stakeholders appropriately in the decision making process.

The City’s approach to stakeholder engagement is based on the IAP2 (International Association for Public Participation) Public Participation Spectrum and Core Values, which are considered best practice globally.

We are also driven by a stakeholder engagement policy  and a set of principles that guide how we approach stakeholder engagement.

Once you click on the title of a project, you will be taken to a dedicated project page, which will give you background and other important information about the project as well as ways for you to get involved and provide your thoughts, opinions and feedback.
