The Proposed Penalty Units Amendment Local Law 2022 was adopted by Council on 22 November 2022 and will come into effect on Tuesday 13 December 2022.
The City of South Perth invites comments on proposed amendments to the Penalty Units Amendment Local Law 2003.
The purpose of this local law is to make amendments to the City of South Perth Penalty Units Amendment Local Law 2003 which prescribes the value of a penalty unit.
The effect of this local law is to set the value of a penalty unit, which is to be used in conjunction with the modified penalties expressed in other City of South Perth local laws.
