Playground renewals 2023-2024
Each year, the City of South Perth identifies playgrounds within the City that are due for renewal, informed by the Play Space Plan 2022 (PDF, 6.87 MB) and annual playground safety inspections and condition assessments.

Como Beach swings

The existing two sets of double swings will be replaced like-for-like, with one of the swing seats being replaced with an all abilities seat, making this local pocket playground a more inclusive spot for our community. See below for an indicative image of the type of accessible seating we anticipate installing.
The new swing set will be installed in April/May 2024.
