Provide your feedback on draft LPP - Waste Management

The draft LPP – Waste Management applies non-residential development and residential development with five or more dwellings in the City of South Perth. It does not apply to single dwellings or subdivisions of less than five dwellings.

Key matters addressed in the draft LPP include:

• Requirements for Waste Management Plans
• Conditions where off-site servicing will be supported
• Building design requirements for development to accommodate on-site servicing
• Waste collection frequency
• Waste generation rates
• Waste vehicle specifications.
