Tell us what you think about your library
The City has two libraries, South Perth and Manning, and is inviting library members and residents to complete a survey about their services and programs.
Your survey responses will allow us to assess the value of our libraries and the role we play in providing programs and services for our community. It will help us find out ways that we can improve our services.
The survey is open to all City of South Perth library members and residents aged 14 years or older.
All survey participants will be eligible to go into the draw to win one of three $100 gift vouchers (please see competition Terms and Conditions in the Document Library).
How can I complete the survey?
You can complete the survey:
- Online
- By hard copy, available at the City of South Perth Civic Centre, South Perth and Manning libraries.
The survey closes at 5pm, Monday 18 November 2019.
