Library Survey 2026

Tell us what you think about your library

The City invites library members and non-members to complete a survey about our libraries’ services and programs.

Your feedback will allow us to assess the value of our libraries and the role we play in providing programs and services for our community. It will also help us to improve our services.

The survey is open to all City of South Perth library members and non-members aged 14 years or older.

How can I give my feedback?

• Complete the online library survey.
  Hard copy surveys are available from the Civic Centre and South Perth and Manning Libraries.
• Come along to one of the drop-in sessions near Coles at Village Green Shopping Centre, Waterford on Thursday 16 April 2026 to speak to a member of the project team and complete the survey anytime between 10am-12noon and 3.30-5pm
• Read the frequently asked questions
• Ask a question online
• Contact the City on 9474 0777 or email library@southperth.wa.gov.au to speak to a member of the project team.

Survey closes at 4pm, Thursday 7 May 2026.
