Draft Council Plan 2027-2037

This Council Plan is our community's roadmap for the next 10 years. Developed using feedback from the Community Scorecard survey and informed by workshops with Elected Members and City employees, it outlines the priorities that will guide our City over the next ten years.

As part of local government reforms, this new Council Plan brings together what was previously included in the Strategic Community Plan and Corporate Business Plan into one document.

The Council Plan will help guide decision-making and budgets, to focus on what matters most to our community.

We will report on our progress each year in the City’s Annual Report, so the community can see what has been achieved and how we are tracking against our goals.
