Canning Bridge Activity Centre Plan Review survey

The Canning Bridge Activity Centre Plan is a guide for planning and development in the precinct surrounding the Canning Bridge Station. The Plan supports a mix of office, retail, residential, recreational and cultural uses, to maximise opportunities offered by its unique transport hub location. It came into operation in early 2017.

The City of South Perth is proactively reviewing the Plan to ensure it is operating in line with its goals and objectives. The review relates only to land on the eastern side of Canning River, being the land within the City of South Perth. The land on the western side of Canning River is within the City of Melville and will not be affected by this review.

The Canning Bridge Activity Centre within the City of South Perth is shown below, outlined in the black dashed line.
