Proposed Health Amendment Local Law

The City invites comments on proposed amendments to the Health Local Laws 2002.

The purpose of the proposed local law is to provide a statutory means to effectively control issues that have the ability to adversely impact on the health and well-being of the community.

The effect of the proposed local law is to allow healthrelated issues to be sufficiently controlled so as to provide an acceptable standard for the maintenance of public health in the community.
