The out for comment period has now closed. 

The City of South Perth is inviting written comments on a proposed new planning policy, P350.16 ‘Variation to plot ratio for multiple dwellings and mixed development’.

If approved, the policy will provide guidance for Council to use discretion to approve variations to plot ratio standards for multiple dwellings and mixed development.

The proposed new Policy is also available for inspection during business hours at the Civic Centre and the City's Libraries.

You are encouraged to examine the draft policy and to lodge a written submission. Your submission should include:

  • comments either supporting or opposing the proposals, or suggesting particular ways in which you believe that the proposed Policy should be modified;
  • reasons for your opinion, or other discussion to explain your comments; and
  • your name and postal address, to enable the City to respond to your submission and to advise you of the final outcome of the process.

Feedback will be received until 5pm, Friday 12 August 2016.
