Financial Implications: Are described within the Collier Park Golf Course Business Plan. In summary the Mini Golf development cost is to be $2,000,000 (maximum), following detailed design. The Annual Operating benefit to the City of South Perth is expected to be $250,000 with an annual cash benefit of $350,000.
