Update on draft Local Planning Strategy

The draft Local Planning Strategy was considered by the Council at its meeting of 28 August 2018.

The purpose of the meeting was to decide whether to forward the draft Local Planning Strategy to the WA Planning Commission and seek their consent to formally advertise the document.

Council resolved to defer this decision. Minutes of the meeting, including the reasons for deferring the matter are available for download on the Minutes and Agendas page of the City’s website.

The City will advise interested parties when the draft Local Planning Strategy is to be further considered by the Council.
