Draft Local Planning Strategy – documents available to view

Following preliminary engagement activities in February and March of this year, the City has prepared a Draft Local Planning Strategy.

The Strategy will be considered by the Council at its August round of Council meetings for consent to advertise. Should consent be provided, the Draft Local Planning Strategy will be forwarded to the Western Australian Planning Commission for certification for public advertising before formal public consultation occurs.

You will have the opportunity to make a submission on the Draft Local Planning Strategy during this public consultation period.

The draft Council report, associated attachments and a copy of the Draft Local Planning Strategy are now available to view.
