Council endorsement of final report


Subject
to the feedback received from the community, Council will endorse the final
report as a basis for future planning in the Canning Highway study area.

Council requested additional time for the community to provide feedback on the

Phase 2 - Community consultation


Further community
consultation was undertaken to obtain feedback on the draft height plans and
cross section concepts.

Preparation of draft building heights plan


Following stakeholder
consultation and phase one of the community consultation GHD Woodhead prepared
a draft building height plan and explanatory material for the second phase of
community consultation. The purpose of this stage of the study was to draft
recommendations in response to the site analysis and phase one consultation,
and provide this material to the community for additional feedback.
