The Salter Point Escarpment and Building Height Local Planning Policies were approved by Council at the February 2024 Ordinary Council Meeting. View the Local Planning Policies Review webpage to read the Minutes from the meeting and view the approved policies.
These policies outline proposed development standards and objectives that will be used by the City to assess and make decisions on planning applications under draft LPS 7, specifically with regard to building height. Read the Building Height Policies Information Sheet (PDF, 186 KB).
Alternatively, email lps7@southperth.wa.gov.au with your feedback. Please include your name and address. It is suggested that your feedback should include comments on any aspects of the draft policies that you support or oppose, and your reasons for this.
Hard copy feedback forms are available at the Civic Centre and South Perth and Manning libraries.
