George Burnett Park New Playground
Thank you to everyone that completed the survey. The feedback will now be analysed and a concept design developed, which will be available for feedback later this year. Sign up to receive email updates on this exciting project.
The City of South Perth is making George Burnett Park in Karawara an even more fun destination. A new playground is being built to complement the existing skate park, bike track, cycle paths, leisure centre and nearby café. $625,000 has been budgeted for the project.
The two smaller playgrounds at George Burnett Park are at the end of their life so the City is replacing them with a larger playground.
The new playground will cater for all ages, be located near the Manning Bike Track and will include a new shade sail over the playground equipment.
