The City is conducting its first-ever Community Lease Audit and is asking all community leaseholders to complete an audit form. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and your group better and to improve the services we offer.
The audit will help us:
Learn more about your club or community group
Improve our delivery of development services for your club or community group
Share training and workshop opportunities to build capacity and help your group grow
Assist you with grant applications and funding opportunities
Assess the use and condition of the City’s lease facilities
Provide support to ensure building compliance throughout the City of South Perth.
An authorised representative from your club, group or organisation should fill out the audit form, for example the President, Secretary or Treasurer.
You will need information to hand on contact details, membership numbers, ABN or Incorporation Number, building usage, financial statements, an electronic copy of your public liability certificate and more to complete the form. It’s helpful to gather all the information you need before you begin – read the full list in the FAQs.
Once you’ve gathered all the relevant information and electronic copies of the documents required, the audit form should take approximately 12-15 minutes to complete.
Complete the audit form - form submission closes at 4pm on Thursday 19 June
