Draft Local Planning Policy P321: South Perth Activity Centre Competitive Design Policy

In addition to the draft South Perth Activity Centre Plan (ACP) and proposed Town Planning Scheme Amendment No. 61 (Amendment No. 61), the City is also seeking feedback on draft Local Planning Policy P321: South Perth Activity Centre Competitive Design Policy (Policy P321).

Policy P321 sets out the processes and requirements for undertaking a competitive design process to satisfy design quality requirements in the draft ACP and proposed Amendment No. 61.

The City undertook public consultation on the draft South Perth Activity Centre Plan (ACP) and associated proposed Town Planning Scheme Amendment No. 61 (Amendment No. 61) between May and August 2019. The feedback received is discussed in a series of reports that analyse the outcomes of the public consultation process and this feedback has informed a number of proposed modifications to the draft ACP and proposed Amendment No. 61.
