The draft Local Planning Scheme No. 7 feedback period is now closed.

Following a three-month stakeholder and community engagement period, the City received over 450 submissions and 162 attendees to the drop-in information sessions.

Next Steps

The City will now review the feedback and propose modifications to draft LPS 7, as required. These will then be presented to Council early next year to endorse and then be submitted to the Western Australian Planning Commission for consideration.
