LPP - Tree Retention to be presented to Council

The draft Local Planning Policy - Tree Retention will be presented to Council at the Agenda Briefing on 16 July, and then considered at the Council Meeting on 23 July. Both these meetings are open to the public if you want to attend.

Please note the following dates and details:

  • The Agenda Briefing document will be available by 5pm on Friday 12 July 2024. It contains the relevant officer’s draft report, and can be viewed at the Civic Centre, South Perth and Manning Libraries, or on the website.
  • Deputation to Address Council applications close 24 hours before the Agenda Briefing. Members of the public can address Council on agenda items in which they have an interest. Application forms are available at the Civic Centre or online.
  • The Council Agenda Briefing is at 6pm on Tuesday 16 July 2024, in the Council Chambers at the Civic Centre, cnr Sandgate Street & South Terrace.
  • The Council Meeting Agenda document will be available by 5pm on Friday 19 July 2024. It contains the relevant officer’s final report, and can be viewed at the Civic Centre, South Perth and Manning Libraries, or on the website.
  • The Council Meeting is at 6pm on Tuesday 23 July 2024, in the Council Chambers at the Civic Centre, cnr Sandgate Street & South Terrace.
  • The Council Meeting Minutes will be available by 5pm on Friday 26 July 2024. The minutes can be viewed at the Civic Centre, South Perth and Manning Libraries, or on the website.
