Stage four revoked LPPs

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 27 February 2024, Council revoked eight LPPs which were reviewed and determined to be redundant. Revocation of redundant LPPs will ensure the City of South Perth’s local planning framework is contemporary and fit for purpose.

These LPPs do not require consultation as per the Planning and Development Act (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.

  6. Policy P315 Car Parking Reductions for Non-Residential Development
  7. Policy P306 Development of Properties abutting River Way
  8. Policy P320 Assessment of Significant Obstruction of Views in Precinct 13 – Salter Point.
