Stage one revoked Local Planning Policies

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 25 July 2023, Council revoked eight local planning policies which were reviewed and determined to be redundant. Revocation of redundant local planning policies will ensure the City of South Perth’s local planning framework is contemporary and fit for purpose.

These LPPs do not require consultation as per the Planning and Development Act (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (1.5 MB, pdf).
