Stage one adopted LPPs with minor modifications

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 25 July 2023, Council adopted two revised policies with minor modifications:

  1. Local Planning Policy – Advertising of Planning Proposals (367 KB, pdf) (previously known as Policy P301 Advertising of Planning Proposals)
  2. Local Planning Policy – Student Accommodation Facility in Additional Site Requirements 8 (988KB, pdf) (previously known as Policy P351.20 Site Specific Design Guidelines for ‘Student Accommodation Facility’ on ‘Site P’ in Waterford)

These LPPs do not require consultation as per the Planning and Development Act (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (1.5 MB, pdf).
