The City of South Perth is inviting library members and residents to complete a survey about the services and programs at our libraries.
Your survey responses will help us to understand more about how our libraries are being used, as well as the needs and preferences of our community. Feedback from the Library Usage Survey will be used to assist the City to further develop library services and programs.
The Library Usage Survey is open to all City of South Perth library members and residents aged 14 years or older. You don’t need to be a library member to take part.

How can I give my feedback?
- Complete the online survey. Hard copy surveys are available at the Civic Centre and South Perth and Manning libraries.
- Come along to a drop-in session
