Canning Bridge Activity Centre Plan adopted
On 22 September 2020 the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) considered and approved modifications to the Canning Bridge Activity Centre Plan.
These modifications expand on the modifications approved by Council in February 2020 to more closely align the requirements of the Plan to the R-Codes. The approved modifications have now been incorporated into the Plan and will apply to any new development proposed within the Canning Bridge Activity Centre.
