Revised 50 Storey Development Application - Open for Comment Closed

The City of South Perth received revised plans for a 50 storey building at 76-78 Mill Point Rd, South Perth on 5 April 2016.

Although the overall design appearance has not been significantly altered, other elements have been affected.

A summary of the proposal is as follows:

  • The mix of residential and non-residential uses changed to include 147 serviced apartments and 100 residential apartments.
  • Levels 1-3: Commercial tenancies within podium replaced with serviced apartments. Minor change to Mill Point Road elevation with glazing pattern.
  • Levels 7-11: Change to building outline (refer to plans and elevations) Note that the building outline is as per the footprint of the lower levels previously submitted.
  • Levels 13-20: Change to building outline (refer to plans and elevations) Note that any projections through setbacks are as per previously submitted plans.

Feedback on the revised plans has been extended to 5pm, Friday 22 April 2016.

The City will notify everyone who made a submission via email or post in response to the original Development Application inviting them to review the amended Development Application.
